The compact SR65i with built-in Push To Talk (PTT) switch eliminates the need to hold the radio and allows the PTT switch to be placed for easy user access. An optional remote PTT switch is also available which provides even greater flexibility to users. The SR65i is fully Intrinsic Safe and interfaces with most makes/models of portable radios. A customised Throat Mic provides clear voice communication, removing the temptation to lift facemasks for clearer speech. The speaker provides excellent reception, is designed for user comfort with easy but solid placement over the ear. This accessory is a rugged waterproof unit. Completely battery free, this accessory uses minimal power from the host radio with no noticeable effect on its duty cycle.
